gotta have a goal, right??

While I was impatiently waiting for the UPS man to arrive today with my box of new scrap goodies I finished another layout. I am so excited I reached my "4 layouts a week" goal! So anymore I finish this week will just be icing on the cake!! Enjoy...

"me" time

I finally had some "me" time this weekend and was able to get some much needed scrapping done!

Kids Club

I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of the kids working on their projects? They are so creative and do such a great job in class. It was lots of pinks and reds and hearts as they created Valentine's, and some sweet treats to go with them.

I have been working on many Valentine's Day treats for my customers, teacher gifts, and I even made some for the Bunco gals too.
I want them to be a surprise so I will not post all the photos just yet, but this is the little treat the Bunco gals got last night...

Scrap Class-Be Mine

Here is the layout we will create in next weeks Scrap Class (2-3-10) Just in time for your Valentines Photos or do like I did and add photos of your honey! Before everyone asks again about his face...yes I blocked it out. I swear he is a good-looking guy but due to his job it is in our best interested to block it. But if you really want to know what he looks like, come to a class he almost always sticks his head in to say hello to everyone! LOL

I sure do have a lot of photos!! I re-organized all my photos and even made a list of each year, photo categories, and finished or not finished layouts. I have this great basket that holds all of them and will keep them in eye-sight so I do not forget about them. Even if I trip over it 10 times a day i will keep it out until it is empty! LOL


Now that they are organized I've made a goal to finished at least 4 (not class related) layout a week. I finished a two-pager last night and working an another today and hope to finish before Gift Class tonight!

Scrap Class

A few weeks ago we learned how to create a super cute flower. While typing out the directions for the class I thought I would add a two more to the list and we learned how to create those tonight. They caught on fast and we flew through class which was great but...I totally forgot to pick the door prize winner! oops!! The worst part is I think I forgot last class too!! We all get to talking and it just slips my mind. I apologize and for my forgetfulness everyone wins!! And so I do not forget I made a list, so next time you are at class check the Door Prize list on the board if your name is on it you WIN!!!


Next Scrap Class is Wednesday Feb. 3rd 6:30pm It will be a Valentine Layout with some great new tools and techniques. Photos will be posted soon.
